Yellow Balloon Shop is operated by Yellow Balloon Therapy in South Australia. Ordering from the shop means you accept these terms.

Everything we sell is an educational resource. It is not a substitute for individual clinical advice, assessment or treatment, and buying or using one does not create a therapeutic relationship between you and Yellow Balloon Therapy. If you are worried about a child or a young person, speak to a health professional.

These are educational resources and are not endorsed or approved by the NDIA.

Please use the shop lawfully, and do not misuse, copy or disrupt it.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline it, for example if the item has sold out or a price was listed in error.

Prices and availability can change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when the order is confirmed. If a listed detail or price is wrong in a way that affects your order, we will contact you before it is processed.

Payment is taken by a secure third-party payment provider. Your card details go to them, not to us: we never see or store your full card number. Placing an order confirms you are authorised to use the payment method you give us.

Direct checkout is being verified before payments open. Until it is, nothing can be charged through this site.

Printed resources are sent by Australia Post from South Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout. Digital resources are delivered by a download link after payment and have no shipping.

Delivery times, the free shipping threshold and the returns policy are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Buying a digital resource gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it. We keep the copyright in the words, illustrations and layouts.

Families may print it and use it at home. Clinicians, teachers and support workers may print it and use it with the children, young people and families they work with directly.

You may not resell it, pass on the file or the download link, upload it to a shared drive or resource library that other people can reach, or reproduce it for anyone outside your own household, classroom or practice.

Download links expire. If a link stops working, email info@yellowbt.com.au with your order number and we will send a new one.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that come with everything we sell.

Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for how a resource is used, or for what follows from using one.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
