When will my order arrive?

Physical orders are dispatched from South Australia with Australia Post, usually within 1–3 business days of your order. Delivery time after that depends on your location.

What does postage cost?

Free on orders $75 and over. Smaller orders are charged the rate on shipping and returns; international rates are calculated at checkout.

What if a resource is sold out?

If a resource is sold out, its product page has a link that emails us, and we’ll write back when it is available again.

Can I check out?

Not yet. Direct checkout is being verified before payments open.

How do I get a digital file?

We email a download link after payment.

My download link has stopped working.

Links expire. Email your order number to info@yellowbt.com.au and we’ll send a new one.

Can I use these in a classroom or a session?

Yes, with the children, students and clients you work with. The licence does not cover reselling or redistributing the files.

Do you send invoices?

An invoice goes out with every order.

Can you quote or take a purchase order?

Yes to both, for schools and clinics, and we can send samples before a bulk order.

Are these claimable under NDIS?

It depends on the participant’s plan — these are educational resources and are not endorsed or approved by the NDIA.

Can I return a physical item?

Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days.

Can I return a digital resource?

Not once it has been accessed.

What about my consumer rights?

Nothing here limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
